It came with a huge mound of arugula salad, glistening in a light vinaigrette and a Jenga-like stack of fingerling potatoes roasted to golden brown deliciousness. The steak is seasoned with Pinot Noir salt and topped with a dollop of blue cheese butter. The steak arrived and it was beautifully plated on a wooden cutting board. I ordered it the way God intended steaks to be cooked – medium rare. CPK’s ribeye is a boneless 11-ounce steak. I usually don’t drink carbonated drinks, so it hurt a little going down at first, but I adjusted. It was a very bubbly drink with a lot of carbonation thanks to the Fresca. The Monin South Seas syrup itself is made from mango, guava, and ginger. It’s a hand-shaken drink made with fresh strawberries, Fresca, and Monin South Seas cocktail syrup.
